ice perry (countable and uncountable, plural ice perries)

1. An alcoholic beverage created by fermenting the liquid obtained by crushing frozen pears.

The term may be restricted to "true" ice perries, which involve leaving pears on the trees to freeze naturally, as opposed to artificially frozen pears that are juiced after being frozen in a freezer.
