A few notes on Polish rhyming
[edit]This rhyming dictionary is based on the standard dialect of spoken Polish. We have decided to split some rhymes that historically rhymed in an effort to be more precise and document exact rhymes. Namely, -i and -y based rhymes are split, -o and -ą based rhymes are separated, geminates are also split, and nasal assimilation is also split (e.g. -enka/ęka and eńka).
